The cottage can sleep up to seven across four spacious bedrooms. The accommodation comprises of one king-size bedroom with views of the beach and canal, a single room with views of the canal, one twin and one small double room, which both overlook the garden. Upstairs W/C.

The main bathroom with a shower-over-bath is located downstairs. The sitting room, which overlooks the canal, features a wood burner, television and two sofas. The large kitchen and dining space seats eight and has space for three at the breakfast bar. 

There is central heating and WiFi throughout the property. In the kitchen / utility room you'll find a washing machine, heated dryer, dishwasher, large fridge freezer, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine. Bedding and towels are included. 

Outside is a large garden with teak table and chairs, with access to the cliffs from the back entrance. Off-road parking is available for one car and public on-street parking is located at the front of the house. We also have an EV charger.

Due to the layout of the house, it is not suitable for those with mobility issues. Young children will need supervision with steep stairs (inside and outside), a 19th century low bannister and opening windows.

Changeovers are on Fridays; check in from 16:00, check out 10:00. 

Tariff will including a cleaning fee. A security deposit will also be taken at the point of booking.
