Woodbine Cottage is available to rent throughout the year. Visit the Tariff & Availability page to see specific dates. Changeovers are on a Friday.

Check in from 16:00. Check out at 10:00.

Yes, a security deposit will be taken at the time of booking and refunded within ten working days of the end of your stay. This is in addition to the tariff and will cover things like damage and breakages. 

Please check with us before booking.

There is central heating and WiFi throughout the property. In the kitchen / utility room you'll find a washing machine, heated dryer, dishwasher, large fridge freezer, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine. Bedding and towels are included. Highchair and cot available on request. 

No, bedding and towels are included in your stay. If you plan to head to the beach, please bring your own beach towels and do not take the house towels with you.

Yes the cottage is great for families, but young children will need supervision with steep stairs (inside and outside), a 19th century low bannister and opening upstairs windows. 

As the cottage dates back to the 19th century, unfortunately the layout, steep stairs and narrow doorways do not accommodate for wheelchair users. 

Highchair and cot available on request. 

A cleaning fee is included in your tariff but we kindly ask that you keep the cottage clean and tidy throughout your stay. 

Yes all bills are included in your tariff, however if there is excessive use this may result in an additional fee (taken out of security deposit).

Dogs will be considered upon request and if approved, will incur an additional cleaning fee.  

You are welcome bring your own BBQ but ask that you operate these safely and it is disposed of properly before you leave.

Off-road parking is available for one car and public on-street parking is located at the front of the house.

The cottage does not come with EV charging facilities but there are local charging points in the town. We recommend you look at these in advance of your stay as they can get busy.

Please bring your own beach towels and equipment for the beach. There a lots of shops in Bude that sell buckets, spades, windbreaks and chairs if you need to purchase anything.

Sadly at this point in time we do not accept hen or stag parties.
